The project that caters across 27 acres of land from Installing new roofs with roof lights allowing natural light to come through, replacing roofs and repairing where required on older buildings given them a longer life, water tight and visually improved on their appearance’s. New builds have a complete works from the steel shells to cladding around and new roof up to 180 meters long.
Further Images showing OTM IRC have identified and look to address current problem areas and to minimise and reduce future repairs, giving the roof an increased life expectancy on budget. Due to the damage of the current roofs system from poor previous repairs has exposed the roof to defects.
The corrective action was to immediate repairs, preventative maintence to protect further damage and roof replacement per specific roof section identified.
From the investigation shown in the Digital photos below of inspection, it is evident that there is severe roof damage, from weather conditions, age of the roof and cracking, brittle damage, exposing the areas for corrective actions to take place.
OTM were approached by a new potential new customer at the start of lockdown with a big problem. Their customer had added an external loading bay to their contract at the 11th hour giving them only 4 weeks to design/build and install. After been given the opportunity to quote for this job all the materials were order within a few days and the job was completed on time using Tata trisomet 333 in olive green.
