ROOFING & CLADDING PROJECT, GELDERD PARK, LEEDS
Following on from the success of Sowerby Bridge Business Park and a returning satisfied customer, we were given the contract to complete all of the roof and wall cladding at the newly created Gelderd Park, over 3 phases.
The roof on phase one was in the shape of a parallelogram and completed late 2019. This consisted of 2400sqm single skin overclad with insulation and rooflights. We also had 100m of gutters to refurbish.
