ROOFING PROJECT – ROTHERHAM

At the start of the new year a returning customer, Future Leisure Group Ltd. based in Rotherham, who asked us to look at their problematic roof.

The roof was leaking in several places due to a failing felted roof. We have carried out many similar industrial roofing projects, so we were happy to help.

We gave Future Leisure a few suggestions and they decided to go for the over-clad option. As the roof had a decent pitch we were able install timber battens on which we laid Foreclad 250 Roof Profile in Goosewing Grey with 80mm insulation in-between.

The job was completed with Sargasso flashings and a six half round gutter.
